1. Service Scope

ABS Birth Services provides consultancy and support services including maternity travel consultation, visa guidance and application support, flight and accommodation booking assistance, hospital selection and appointment scheduling, airport pickup arrangements (where applicable), guidance on baby documentation after birth, and general travel support before and during your trip.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, processing timelines, or any specific outcome.

3. Hospital & Medical Services

Medical care is provided solely by the selected hospital and healthcare professionals. ABS Birth Services does not provide medical services and shall not be responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, complications, negligence, or hospital policies. All hospital fees, delivery costs, medical expenses, medications, and related healthcare charges remain the Client's responsibility.

4. Refund Policy

A refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment provided work has not commenced. Once work has commenced, all service fees are non-refundable. Urgent services are non-refundable. Payments made to third parties are subject to their own refund policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information, submit genuine documents, follow medical advice, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and promptly settle all medical and travel-related expenses.

6. Travel Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for obtaining all required medical reports, vaccinations, travel insurance, fit-to-fly certificates, and other required documentation.

7. Baby Documentation

ABS Birth Services provides guidance only. The issuance of birth certificates, passports, citizenship documents, visas, and immigration documents remains the responsibility of the relevant government authorities.

8. Changes, Delays & Cancellations

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from flight delays, government actions, hospital schedule changes, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

ABS Birth Services acts solely as a consultant and facilitator and shall not be liable for losses arising from visa refusals, medical complications, airline actions, government decisions, or third-party service failures.

10. Confidentiality

All client information and documents shall be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the Client.

11. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ABS Birth Services from claims arising from the Client's breach of these Terms or provision of false information.

12. Data Protection

The Company may process and share personal information with relevant third parties where necessary to provide the requested services.

13. Electronic Communications

Electronic communications and acceptances, including via email and WhatsApp, shall be legally binding.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of Nigeria.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment, submitting documents, requesting services, or otherwise engaging ABS Birth Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms also apply to any spouse, dependant, child, or travelling companion included in the Client's booking.
